Outreach Services maintains a standard of excellence placing those suffering from Chemical Dependency, Dual Diagnosis, and other addictions into the appropriate treatment facility. We at Outreach Services have ongoing relationships with qualified treatment providers throughout the United States and Canada. Our goal is to be of service by informing callers of their available options based on the individuals needs.

Debra Norton, Founder
Ms. Norton has worked in the field of chemical dependency for 12+ years and has held positions from Intake Coordinator, Quality Improvement Director, Executive Director to Chief Financial Officer. Her love for people and serving those in need as well as her personal life experiences with chemical dependency has resulted in her developing OUTREACH SERVICES. OUTREACH SERVICES is now her passion because it affords the ability to help so many more people rather than just serving one facility. Her experience in marketing, personnel, intake, clinical management and quality improvement allows Outreach Services to continue to grow as a reputable placement organization.

Josie Ramirez, Marketing Manager
Ms. Ramirez has worked in the health care industry for over 17 years, specifically Chemical Dependency and Behavioral Health for over 10 years. Her experience includes Intake Coordinator, Admissions and Marketing at Loma Linda University Medical Center and Behavioral Medicine Center for 12 years. She founded Villareal and Associates, Inc. a specialized marketing and events agency for Behavioral Health and Chemical Dependency Services. She assisted in the development of Hemet Valley Recovery Center a hospital-based rehabilitation program by establishing their Admissions and Business Development departments. Her agency represents top treatment centers and plans regional and national educational events. Ms. Ramirez lost her father and other loved ones to addiction and is very dedicated to recovery and public service.

Sharleena Jordan, Senior Intake Specialist
Sharleena (Charly) has been a member of OUTREACH SERVICES team since it opened. She has experience with family addiction, Alanon, CODA and has helped thousands of our callers find help and peace of mind. She grew up in a very dysfunctional family and has overcome as many obstacles in life as anyone in this field. Her constant drive to improve her life as well as the lives of others is an asset to OUTREACH SERVICES and our society.

Shellie Clelland, Intake Specialist
Shellie joined our team shortly after her sister Charly. She too has experience with family addiction, and has personal experience with her own addictions. She has flourished in recovery and has a beautiful and brilliant daughter who also promotes recovery through outreach services. Shellie promoted and participate in her states efforts on the March Against Meth events and was able to provide needed support to over 5,000 community members. She volunteers her time helping with prevention and special programs in her community to educate youth on the dangers of drugs and alcohol. Shellie's strong values and kind soul make her a valued team member of OUTREACH SERVICES.
